If you feel a Parking Violation Notice was issued in error, please fill out our appeal form.
If your appeal is unsuccessful and the ticket is upheld, it’s essential to know that a $15 fee may be added to the original ticket amount. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the appeal process is used responsibly
You can appeal a parking ticket under the following circumstances:
- The license plate information was entered incorrectly when purchasing parking for the first time at a Whistler Parking lot
- Payment was made, but a parking notice was issued in error.
- The notice was issued to the wrong license plate
- A duplicate notice was inadvertently issued for the same incident
Please note that you cannot submit a review for one of the following reasons:
- I did not see the sign
- I forgot to pay
- I only parked in the location for a short time
- Other cars were parked there
- There was nowhere else to park
- I did not know that I could not park there
- I cannot afford to pay the amount
- I have never had a notice before
- I am not from here
- I was in a hurry/late
We are unable to process appeals or disputes over the phone.
We accept appeals up to ten days after they have been issued. Do not pay the violation until you have received a response to your appeal, as violation payments are non-refundable.
Parking Violation Notices do not escalate in price while under appeal. They remain at the original amount. No need to worry about the higher price after 7 days once you have appealed.
Please note it can take up to 30 days to process appeals. We will email you back with the results. It is an administrative process. Please keep an eye on your spam filter.
